Nature, wildlife, flora, fauna- No matter what the word it's where my passion lies. Our natural world has held such awe for me and that's what I try to share through my paintings. After receiving my degree in biology and going to graduate school in entomology, I decided to combine my loves of art, conservation and biology. After being My hope is in showing the diversity and beauty of animals that others will catch a glimpse into their world and the threats they face. Many of the subjects I paint are endangered or threatened. With each work I research the animal and its habitat to make sure the painting is realistic. Every painting includes information on the subject. All of the paintings come from photos taken around the world by myself or my traveling partners.
